We had a similar problem with our cuddebacks. They don't make it real clear but depending on what type of sd card your using you may have to format it before it will be compatible with your trailcam. Even after you format your card there are certain cards that are not able to be read by certain devices. So either your card needs to be formatted to your trailcam or your tv is not able to read the type of card your using. Try reading the card with something other than your tv and if it still isn't showing up then I would suggest going to bushnel's website to see if they have instructions or a program to use to format your card. We wasted the last 3 weeks with sd cards in our cuddebacks that were not formatted. I can't understand why they don't place something in big bold letters on the box or in the manual that explains that you must format your card before it will work in this trailcam. I guess we learned the hard way.
