Buying Tags Online

Not sure how many of you have done this, but this was the first year that I've purchased my license and deer tags online. Totally painless, and very easy to see exactly what you are purchasing. I know with all the extra tags the DNR offers now, for some vendors(especially at Wal-Mart) things can be a little confusing. I paid with my debit card, and printed off my license, the transportation tags will be sent to my address. If you don't feel like having to deal with someone who can't seem to run one of the licensing machines, this might be a way for you to get your tags. iowadnr.com has a spot to buy licenses on-line as well(click on orange vest). Was a neat site because the list of licenses available changed as you chose your licenses for each season. Much nicer than working with a person who is on their first week on the job and doesn't know how to run the license machine!

I was in the hunting and trapping regs. and under code 008 was lifetime hunting license for $51.00. Does anyone know what this exactly is??? Is this new???

i believe its for seniors
