You may have some success with grunting/rattling but if it were me, I would try to get into my best travel corridor(ideally near a doe group or 2) and and wait it out for a biggy to come looking for some late estrous does.
There will still be does coming into estrous so you may still have a chance with some grunting. I have heard them grunting in mid decemeber several times in the past, so as long as it is a deer noise you have a chance at catching ones attention.
