Can I post a video?

I wanted to post a video that I have uploaded to my computer is there anyway to post it in a thread, or do I have to upload it to a site that will host the video and post the link?

I posted a video once. Download it to photobuckett and then post it to IWT the same way you would a pic.

or U-tube it.
