Main course............Country style ribs.

And an awesome apple desert from the dutch oven.

Probably about twice a month average. This is only the second desert item I've done. The other was peach cobbler. Ribs, soups, stews, have been great also.

That's a cast iron griddle from Cabelas. It does awesome chicken also.
