Can't Sleep

We'll I am taking my wife out turkey hunting for the first time in about an hour. I am having a hard time sleeping as if it were the opener of my first season. Both the boys will also be with and I'm really gear up for a fun weekend of hunting.

How many of you guys or gals have trouble sleeping when your all geared up for the next days hunt? It seems to be more of an issue for me as I put on the years.

Well I hope everybody hunting this last season has great success. I'll check in later and let you all know how we've done
 
ironwood, i hope you have some good luck. i am about ready to hang it up for the season. seems that whatever i try to do the turkeys do the opposite. this morning i found 5 morels so i am chalking this hunt up as "neutral".

We got home last night after 9:00 and I had twoo birds to clean a boat load of mushrooms to clean and two top it off iI nearly cut the end of my finger off just as I finished the last bird, but before I cleaned the shrooms. I am going out right now with Madison to try and put his bow bird away. Watch for my next post NEED SLEEP!
 
You're going to have to invent a pull cart with a side car if you keep going at this pace. Sounds like some fine eating in the next few days.
