Headed to scheels to get a new pair of boots and then off to Lorimor to the cabin for the weekend. Deer hunting tomorrow AM and PM - pheasant and quail hunting mid day (I'm taking my dad tomorrow and he can't sit all day) and an all day sit Sunday. Going after a big one I have had a few encounters with. My reception isn't good down there but I'll update when I can. Goodluck all- should be a great weekend!

Good luck, action was incredible today. I got an all dayer tomorrow too....I'm pumped!!! May get down and switch spots if NW wind comes in afternoon.

Set dark to dark today only went 2 hours without seeing deer. Saw 31 total, with 5 bucks that scored 150's +. Had the decoy out thought it was a done deal on a 160's 10, came to 11 yds never turned broadside then freaked out!! Was still a great day.

Didn't have much action in the AM- got one rooster and saw a TON of quail mid day. Took 2 buddies this evening and one shot a big 10 the other a nice 8. We backed out and will look after AM hunt tomorrow. I had an encounter with my #1 right at dark- high hopes for tomorrow!
