Went down south for one last hunt Saturday. Heard some birds in the morning but never could connect. We decided to go check another farm we hunt, when i spotted this bird about 200 Yards standing on the edge of a draw. We decided to try and set up 100 yards down the draw from him, but that didn't work. We got to the spot we were going to set up and the bird happend to be 20 yards from us and started hauling butt the other way. I pulled up and got him right before he got to the timber. The bad thing was i was trying to get my buddy a shot at this bird, but it didn't work out that way. He was a pretty nice bird.

one 1.5in spur the other was broke off. This is why i called him Captain hook. He was pretty beat up from fighting.
