i feel for that guy. literally. I did the SAME EXACT THING. And yes, it does suck greatly. i was shooting some cheap carbons i bought a while ago when i first started out, and was just messing around with them instead of my CX-200's. I shot, and i just remember dropping the bow and seeing the arrow in my hand. it didnt go all the way through. probably the last 6 or 8 inches of arrow. i looked at didn't like what i saw. instinctively, i grabbed the shaft and yanked it out. i flexed my hand to check for broken bones. immediately, blood began pouring out of the hole. i ran up to the house, got my mom and a towel, and we went down to the ER, where the doc pickedout some of the bigger splinters and sewed it up with 3 stiches. its fine now, although i have a loss of feeling on parts of my hand, and i get some pain once and a while at the spot. i was shooting a bow again in about 3 weeks, just in time for bow season. im glad it wasnt worse.
