Carry Lite Customer Service - NICE

When I bought my Pretty Boy it came with what they called a "hen decoy" when in fact it looked more like a dead crow. Anyway, I stuck her on a nail in the garage and havn't looked at her since. Today I called Carry Lite and told them that I sure liked the look of the new Pretty Girl decoys and low and behold they're sending me a replacement for the dead crow!

One phone call, no problems, no complaints from them and I'll have a new deek in a week!

GREAT customer service! I can't wait to use a ball peen hammer on the Ugly Girl... that or throw her in the fire.
