Central Iowa IW Gathering

The Mid-Iowa Archers is having their X-Mas fun shoot this saturday night at Archery Field and Sports in Altoona. There will be a general membership meeting at 5:30, shooting and eating starting at 6:00. This will be a pot luck dinner featuring a smoked bear hind quarter, chili, pork loins, etc. Bring the whole family out. We will also be having a 40 target 3D tourney, novelty shoots, giveaways (Delta Deer Decoy, Delta Turkey Decoys, Arrow wraps, shooter towels, etc...) There will be lots of harvest photo's/videos, merchandise for sale, and this is a prime time to renew your MIA or IBA membership, and get your banquet tickets!!!!! Not much time left on those!!!!! Come on out and join in the fun. Sure to be lots of IW'ers there!

Had a great time last night, Had about 60-70 people there shooting and eating. Congradts to Mark Wagner for winning the Antelope hunt, Jim Nelson for winning the Delta Deer Decoy, Ironwood for winning the Ground Blind, and Roy Palmer for the homemade quilt.

Super turn out, great food and a lot good conversation.Didn't get to shoot,but that way I didn't embarrass myself.
