Chasing

I've witnessed only one instance of chasing so far. By this time last year, I'd seen 4 seperate 150 class bucks doing their thing.I had seen the 164in twelve I harvested last year, 3 or 4 times by now.

Pre season scouting was very encouraging...I have video of a 160in twelve, taken about 4 weeks ago, got to sit down and glass a 140in ten in bed a day before season. unfortunately, the boys aren't chasing around here, at least not witnessed by me during the 70+ hrs in the tree so far this season. What are you guys seeing?

About a week ago I witnessed 30 deer in a field that were in about 10 acres of alfafa. There were 10 bucks in the group and they were just feeding with the does. No chasing or even any kind of harassing going on. It really kind of surprised me. Went out last night and did not see a single deer. This cold front this weekend should help.
