My brother and I just ordered a new strutting decoy to add to our setup! We used to use just a Delta jake and hen combo and most of the time put them in the mating position but after watching Knight and Hale's Ulitimate Hunting and seeing the Pretty Boy and Girl in action we thought a strutting decoy would be cool. But when those Pretty Boy and Girls came out for 100 bucks we thought that was steep so we found this - Feather Flex Strutting Jake in Cabelas for $40.00! Just got it in the other day and my brother painted the head a little whiter (i guess white means the tom is submissing to the hen, that is the way the Pretty Boy looks!) and I had him put on of the tail fan on from my first bird last year, a nice jake. The setup looks great! He also painted the head off our old jake decoy white and plucked out the beard, this should be one deadly setup and make for some awesome videoing!!
