I just about filled my pants today! I went out & did some scouting/still hunting at the end of the timber I haven't seen yet. The wind was very strong from the south this morning, still is. I walked the fence to the north edge of the timber & followed along side a deer trail to the trees & corn. The trail went down a steep bank & back up a flat to the corns edge. The wind was barely blowing on the flat & in the corn. I stood in the corn in the 3rd row, so I had 2 full rows ahead of me looking at the trail. It was just getting to be about 7:10. I waited about 1/2 hour & heard this noise off to my left down the row about 10 yards. I looked & it was brown!!!! The deer, a little button buck, walked out of the corn into plain view on the flat. He walked over to the trail, put his nose down & walked right back to me!!! I was stunned!! What could this buck be tracking? I had on my suit, sprayed my entire clothing w/ unscented Scent Killer & myself. But I remembered I sprayed my boots w/ the dirt scented spray. (dirt belongs on the ground) . Anyways, he got right up to the corn, 2 rows away from me!!! He just bobbed his head around & tried to find me in the stalks. I stood as still as I could, barely breathing & my heart pounding in my head!!! He sniffed for about 30 seconds, stopped & turned back to the trail & walked away. I figure he was no more than 60" from me, I wanted to pet him. He was beautiful critter

I have had them follow my trail numerous times. I had one under my stand for about 2 hours thursday morning.
