Cold Weather Battery Test

I have been testing out batteries in my trail cam and found some interesting results.

I bought some Enegizer Max C cells and they lasted two days with a total of 14 pictures.

I then bought some Duracell C cells and in similar weather, they have now lasted 13 days and taken well over 60 pictures, many with flash.

I just can't believe Duracell makes that much better of a battery. Anyone else with similar experience or batteries that last even longer?

Just pulled my camera last weekend, had been out for about 3 weeks, over 200 pictures and battery level was still at 2 out of 4. My money only buys Rayovac batteries. Just my opinion

One set of batteries may have been a little older than the other set. I have bought C batteries before that were almost totally dead. They were a cheaper brand, but there could be an age difference in the batteries you bought.

I have energizers out this winter since December 20 and mine are still full power in my stealth...well over 200 pictures...don't know if that means anything; I haven't tried any others.
