Talk about a shock to the system when I opened the garage door this morning! Great weather to usher out the rut and bring in the shotgun season!

It is cold. We didn't get the snow like they said. I think that if it's going to be cold like this we might as well have a foot of snow along with it.

They are getting dumped on in Norther Missouri right now. From what I hear it's all gonna miss us here in Central Iowa.

Suppose to get 10-14" at our farm this weekend in IL too, if I can get there I will be trying to take down a big boy. The below zero wind chills are miserable but the big boys have to eat!!!!

i love november and december!!!!
ill take the cold over the heat of summer any day
the deer should be moving pretty well
be out in the stand if you can handle the cold.

It sure was cold jumping on the Old motorcycle this morning, had to put on the Long Johns, and heavy hunting coat

and it took 15 minutes just for the old beast to Idle right
