Crazy night in the yotin woods

I went out tonight to try to get a coyote and much to my suprise i noticed something sneaking through the woods, accross the valley, i pulled up the rifle and couldnt quite tell what it was, i first thought it was a coon, but still couldnt tell, i put the power on the scope up to 9 and noticed something else in front of that one sneaking like a cat, I thought what the heck its a cat, then i looked through the scope and thought BIG CAT and noticed a bobbed tail, HOLY CRAP!!!!! its two bobcats about 200 yards away. It was by far the coolest thing i ever saw, watching them sneak just like cats do, down towards me, i lost sight of them in the grass, and no I didnt shoot at them, i know that they are illegal to shoot, But i wish more than anything i wouldnt of left my cam in the truck

but im just happy i got see a rare event

Cool Sight I bet!! I've got some HUGE yotes in my area and have them on the deer cam feeding at the carcass tonight!

Just seeing a bobcat in iowa would be awesome. I never have been lucky enough to see one yet. I hope someday there are enough of them to allow a hunting season.

Caught one in my traps down here last weekend.Its at the taxidermists. We have alot down here. All the years Ive hunted in Iowa (around 25) I never have seen one.
