I'm going to Cabelas this weekend to upgrade cameras. Trading in the Leaf River for a 3.0 Cuddeback. I have had nothing but problems w/ my Leaf river. From the sound of all the talk on this great sight I wont be dissapointed. I hope my dogs come back soon so I can go.

Ok, I got my new Cuddeback this weekend at Cabelas but I think I'm missing some parts to the mounting system. Can someone tell me whats suppose to come with it. It had a small wing nut, a small screw w/ phillips head and a cable. Am I missing something?

Oh yea and I forgot the owners manual in the hotel room. Thankfully their website had a pdf file so I downloaded it. On a side note the wife was getting a little upset because I left it on in the hotel room. Everytime she walked by it the flash went off. Sorry guys not posting those pics!!

It attaches to the tree with a Torx head screw. The wing nut and u-bolt are for the cable to lock it to the tree. You need to put the wing nut and screw in no matter what to keep bugs out of the camera. I only use the torx head screw to attach it to the tree.
 
Hey Ghost could you pm where to find a good price also,I looked at the grey woolens site and see those cuddebacks are refurb's for 279 is that worth it??thanks Mark
