What do you guys know about it? I hear they are selling it off piece by piece and wanted to know if any one on here hunts around it. Is it as good as I hear it is or are they just blowing smoke?

i live by it and yeah i WAS as good as ppl say. ud see huge bucks in the cattle bunks just 50 yards off the road. but then all the ppl that work on the ranch up and moved, they used to patrol it and keep everyone off the roads. now that theyre gone its FULL of poachers. i took a tour of a guys land just behind the pump station down there and he said the poaching is terrible. they try and manage it but now that the cattle guys are gone its almost impossible with all the poaching. Its thousands of acres so when u see trucks driving trough the middle of it at 3 in the morning u know what there doing. hopefully it sells and ppl start watching it more. but right now when theres no one down there anything within 3 hundred yards of the road isnt safe.
Geez, that does not sound good. I hope they nail these idiot poachers, that gets my blood boiling just hearing that.
Do you know why they are selling it? At one point it was like a 7,000 chunk. Too bad it's being broke up. Wonder why a group with 7,000 acres decides to cash out instead of keeping a piece of land like that?

they own something like 30,000 acres in missouri and they are moving all their cattle stuff down there.

yeah i think theyre breaking it up because no one was willing to fork out that much cash
