Anyone else have bad damage? It's really, really, really bad here. Prob 100,000s of $ of damage or more. It's bad, anyone have pictures?

Winds, Hail, Ect...trees are down, corn stripped, beans flat, corn flat, trees on houses, branches on houses power lines down. It's really really bad here.

Sorry for your misfortune, hope everyone is ok.

Weather is calm here. We could use rain (doesn't appear we will get it), but don't need the damage.

Sisters husband sent me this earlier this evening. They live near bass pro in council bluffs

Broke all the siding on their house with the first storm and the second one had the wind and took down almost all the trees in their neighborhood

I was in Red Oak when it happend, had to go to the high school. It was BAD you should have seen it! We couldn't even get out of town. The crops are really bad...I'll get pics in the morning if I find my camera.

Not to sound unappreciative of your losses, but I would think hail that size would also kill many animals, livestock, etc. WOW.

I took a few to the head putting my truck under cover and watched a 6 foot diameter maple tree blow down and crush my kids trampoline and swingset.I hate to see what the corn and 2 week old brassicas and radishes look like after all the large hail.

THA4, you're lucky! We had a tree miss our house by just inches. But the crops are really bad here my Dad is really upset,
I would think animals died from that hail. There was nowhere to hide. I saw a dead fawn in a field last night and a buck running to find cover.

North of Clarinda got hammered, I lost 30 big branches on my 5 acress...neighbors in all directions have completely flattened cornfields....not leaned over...flat..I mean..flattttt. Hail damage around Villisca down through the Eastern portion of Page and Western Taylor

We got spared here in Central Iowa but had something very similar back on July 11th, still trying to tie up all the loose ends from that. I feel for ya.

Yeah, just drove over there today. Things do not look good for the farmers.

You,, over in West Iowa are getting all the storms, in east Iowa, looks about like Texas,,burned up. Crops either battered by storms or dried up by dryness. In the middle,,however,,just west of DesMoines,,just nice rains, and crops look perfect. Bad weather on either side!?

Our town got hammered by hail twice in 2010, so I sympathize with what you're going through. I did hear a radio report this am of cattle losses...hope your community recovers quickly.

We got hit pretty hard down this way with wind damage. A lot of corn flatten down, beans fared better. The two & half inches of rain was much need however.

Fifteen miles east of me got a lot of wind & hail damage.
