Hey just watching this and first of all it is awesome. But I was just wondering if anyone else saw the turkey with the HUGE head about midway through the video. The curious what maybe could cause such a huge head?

was it alive? or dead?
if it was dead, i have seen this happen.
if you kill a bird and want to keep it cool, you can gut it, hang it upsidedown and put ice in the cavity....
this will keep your bird cool for an extended period of time,
however if the ice melts, the water needs to go somewhere,
i have seen turkey heads that have been hanging for a day or two with ice in them, where the head was bigger than a softball....
but like i said, that is a dead turkey, if the one you saw was alive i couldnt tell you what that was

no you guys would have been amazed! it was strutting and its head was so swollen it was puffing up over its beak!! they were talking about the explosion it would of made with the guillotines! it was pretty disgusting.
