Too big to upload? On a PC, you should be able to double click on the image and it will open in Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Then, choose picture, resize.

If you don't have this program, you will have to try to download some other imaging software. I think I have heard people talk about Picasso, though I'm not familiar with it.
