Greetings Fellow Lady and Gentlemen Hunters, Did anyone liten to the Brothers from Keosauqua and their seminar at the show? They gave out some free advice for attracting mature bucks. They said you could put your grunt calls, cans, and all other calls aside for the sound made by pressing your bottom lip against your upper teeth and blowing air through your teeth. Making a Wheeze sound. I have heard of the Grunt-Wheeze. Supposed to be made by a buck trailing a doe. They claimed making this sound really worked, not every time, but enough to make it worthwhile to try it. Anyone ever try this? Just curious. Also,, does anyone have any positive experiences using the Bleat Can? Some of my friends back in MI have had some consistent results with it. Thanks,,The Loneranger.

Were these brothers related to David Letterman by chance? For some reason I'm not able to blow air between my teeth.

But I have used the bleat can on several occassions that attracted bucks close enough if I wanted to shoot.Though never had any luck with it on the big dudes, not to say it will not work though.I amagine if your in the right place at the right time,it could work on any buck.

I have made the snort wheeze alot & have pulled bucks in. This past season I had grunted, bleated, rattled & when I snort wheezed at that buck he turned around & came right in. Needless to say I hit the bark on a hichory tree & deflected my arrow but it does work & thanks for telling me that because pushing air out of my mouth with my lip up towards my upper teeth does sound like a snort wheeze so now I won't have to bring the end off a old grunt call.
