Deer In Corn

The Silence

PMA Member
I've noticed a number of deer moving in and out of the cornfields over the last several weeks. It seems like with these temps we've been having, inside the corn would be like a rain forest especially with very little air movement. Do you think they're still bedding in there in light of this or do you think they're taking off the tassels as they come out or eating other parts of the plants for moisture? Just wondering what you guys think might be happening?

It's hard to find a cool spot anywhere. Sometimes with the canopy and bare ground it can be cooler in the corn. Also bugs will drive them out of the woods and into the fields.
