I know it is similar to a whole loin wrapped in bacon, but my favorite is one inch medallions, marinade in Worcestershire sauce for 10-20 minutes. Season with Lawry's and garlic powder. Wrap with bacon and a toothpick. Over an open fire is best but it's usually cooked on the gas grill. I've had more people devour these that swear they don't like venison than you can imagine.
