we now have the men's channel. #604 now if we could just get the sportsmans channel, there wouldn't be a hunting show we couldn't watch
 
So far the Mens Channel seems like one big infomercial

yeah, its runs infomercial crap in large blocks of programming time. but, the do have some good shows. some of them are ones that dissapeared from outdoor life long ago, like A-WAY hunting. those guys were pretty good
 
I thought the same thing. I was happy to see it, then looked at the lineup and there were about 3 actual hunting shows per day..... I think there is another Men's Channel that is all hunting though. Maybe this is their "teaser" channel??
 
the sporsman's channel is the one they need to add next. its ALL hunting and fishing, 24 hours a day.

i don't know if it is still on, but if it is, check out knockout hunting...by far the worst hunting show i have ever seen. so bad it is almost funny
 
Dish network has the Men's Channel and for $1.99 a month you can also get the Outdoor Channel. Another channel, the Ranch and Resort, is now running some hunting and fishing shows. Between these, you've got as much as you want to watch.
 
They now have MOR (ch 604) "Mens Channel" you also now get Fuel (ch 609?)

Like Teeroy said if we could get the sportsmans channel there would always be hunting on.

According to Direct tv's website the channel on 604 is " Men's Outdoor Recreation " I'm gonna check it out tonight, I looked at the program guide on the internet for the next 3 days, lot's of hunting programing, with 3 infomercial breaks of an hour throughout the day, they may be strategically placed in the programming so us sportsman will get off our butts from watching the tv all day!!!!!
 
The VS channel is a good one too. have quite a bit of huntin, boxin, and bullridin.
 
I love my tv... i get sportsmans channel (all hunting... all fishing... all the time!) OLN, and the outdoor channel.. i hate watching fishing tho! so when a fishin show comes on.. i just switch the channel to another hunting show!

I watch the Men's channel more than the outdoor channel. Lots of good shows there that you can get no where else.

There is no extra charge for us Dish Network subscribers, it is part of the lowest package level.
