Way to go Willie. From "WJS" to "WRS".

Willie, er, uh, I mean Mr. Suchy was on channel 8 outa the quad cities Sunday night talking about deer hunting. Can't remember zactly what he said as I was half asleep but I'm sure it was incredibly informative. At first I thought they were interviewing Big Foot so imagine my disappointment when I woke up enough to realize it was only WJS, or was it? What better way for the American Sasquatch Society to try and prove that A.S.S. is right about there being Sasquatchas amoung us by geting one appointed to a Wildlife Research Supervisor. I've always been a big fan of A.S.S. In fact I'm a card carrying Life Member of A.S.S. We don't think you have to be an A.S.S. to belive in Sasquatch, but it helps. A.S.S. is always looking for a few good men and women who belive in the A.S.S. way of life. A.S.S. wholey belives that everybody has a little A.S.S. in them and we hope Willie will prove, through rigorus wildlife research that, once and for all, Big Foot does exist. All he has to do is look in the mirror.

I did hear a story about some of Willie's "wildlife" research during his college years. Lets just save that for another time, shall we?

Nope, I'm in spreadsheet hell. They make me a little crazyer than normal. I can only look at em for a few minutes before I need to get my IW fix again. It sucks to work on "at work" stuff at home. Well, I guess it beats bein "at work".

Not that it matters, I sure wish I had dBase instead of Excel. I'd rather be doin "if" "then" "and" "or" than sort, filter, pivot table, undo edit, range, etc etc etc.

OK, I'm done whinnin. Beter get back to work.

I'm sure you will make us proud and continue to fight for what is right in Iowa for Iowans and conservation.

I hope it truely is a promotion. Sometimes it seems a competent person gets sadddled with more responsibilities without much extra compensation. I hope they appreciate what you bring to the department and treat you fairly.
