Doe Tags

Hi everyone, just had a quick question trying to understand the new doe tags.

I hunt in Audubon county who went from 100 doe tags to 0. I normally do archery and 1st season shotgun. Does this mean there are no extra doe tags for archery and shotgun season?

I'm under the impression there are no extra doe tags for any season, but a friend was saying this is just for shotgun seasons?

If the quota is 0 then there are no extra doe tags available for any season.
