I am hunting a new piece of ground this year and for the first time am about 50 yards into the timber. I have heard numorous mention to hunting the doe's during the rut, but what makes a trail a "Doe Trail"? It makes since that the bucks would be where the doe's are, but I didn't know that they had two seperate trails that they would use...
Also would like to ask a question in reference towards hunting just barely inside of the timber. Any suggestions? I feel as if they are on top of me before I am prepared from them. I guess it is a comfort zone since I am used to a field in front of me.
Thanks in advance
