Just thought I would extend an idea to all of you...
As some of you know a good friend of mine fell from his stand while hunting with his girlfriend a few weeks ago. He has had a long road to recovery, and a week after falling they discovered that a major source of his stomach pain was a torn pancreas that was overlooked. And has had a number of other issues.
He has yet to gain the feeling back below his waist, but we are still keeping hope!
Anyhow, regardless of how his recovery turns out, he is looking at a long time in the hospital! The outlook is looking like a minimum of 6 weeks.
I am gathering all of my DVD's and taking them up to him on tuesday.
But i will be making many trips up there, but was just thinking if any of you had any old dvd's that you have watched enough that you are sick of them please PM me if you would be interested in sending them up to him. He has slug hunted, and pheasant/fowl hunted his whole life. This is his second year bow hunting, and I was with him this spring for his first turkey kill. The guy is addicted!
