Double Bull Customer Service Rocks!!

Thought I'd share last nights experience with everyone.

I sent my BS5 in for some major repairs in March and got it back free of charge as usual. A smooth process all in all and I was very happy with the boys' work.

Well, Tom called last night just to make sure my blind was holding up still. We chatted about hunting a bit and discussed the new roundbale blind...which should be available later this year.

That is what I call customer service. Double Bull continues to be the best around, hands down.

If anybody is on the fence with a DB purchase, hop on over the grass is greener on this side.

I got a Matrix that should be on its way in the mail and I'm pretty excited about it to put it lightly.

I broke down and bought a matrix this summer as well.

Pretty nice set up. Probably the last blind I will need.

Fill me in on what makes DB such an awesome blind. I know the 360 degree site window on the matrix is a nice touch and I'm aware of the no-glare stuff etc, but a little bit of material and some metal framework for $400?? I see ameristep and others have their top of the line blinds and they are at most
$300 (still pricey to me) but how can DB be THAT much better? I'm sure it's great but let me in on the secret. Thanks!

hunt in one and you will know....

i too can attest to their customer sevice!! i had to get my T-3 repaired and i had it back in a few days....
DB for life

I think the major difference is the service. I have never heard any over the top customer service reports about another blind maker. DB stand behind the blinds.

and that is why i'll have one next spring

What I like about them is that they do not flap in the wind, and they are built to last. Plus I have had mine 3 years and haven't had a thing go wrong with it. The way that I treat stuff, its amazing

I had a rip in one of the seams right before turkey season. I would have to say it was nice dealing with a co like that.

Ghost, i don't get why your always rubbing it in! I had a Big Mac today and right now i'm hammering a couple of rum & cokes!
