does anyone know the final story on the dubuque buck from 2002

Somewhere someone said the deer was going to hang in the nature center when it opens. Is this true?

Were any charges filed or convictions obtained?

I heard it will hang at the Swiss Valley nature center. I saw the matching sets of sheds from the Dubuque Buck from the three years prior to when it was shot. I saw them at the Canton, Iowa whitetail show last spring. In 2000 the sheds were the biggest.
