E-mail down?

I have an iowawhitetail.com email address. I haven't received any new mail since the 11th. I've tested it by sending myself emails (how sad is that?) and nothing comes through. I used to get notified when I had a private message here but that doesn't come through either.

Any advice?

Wow, you are important if you have a iowawhitetail.com email address. Cant help you with that because I dont have one of those. But have been getting PM's regularly. Ill send you one to see if it works.
 
I think an email account is one of the benefits that comes with a Life Membership or for Moderators, Steve. But since I don't have one either, I can't be of much help 'Bonker. Maybe Limb can check in on it for ya.

Hope you get that figured out, Bonker! I know how frustrating this stuff can be. Email is the least of my problems right now. For some reason, IaWhitetail is the only webpage that I can not visit from my hotel room here in Chicago! Every other page loads fine. So they are charging me $13/day for internet access and I can't view my favorite forum. It isn't my laptop, either, as a co-worker tried his and IaWhitetail wouldn't load either. How am I posting, you ask? I'm buying time in an internet cafe on Navy Pier!

Strangest thing, I can send mail FROM iowawhitetail.com but I can't send mail TO iowawhitetail.com. I get an error message that says the mailbox is full. I only had 22 messages so I deleted all but about 10. I still get mail returned saying my mailbox at iowawhitetail.com is full.

Beats the poop outa me. Who knows what great spam I could be missing.

I'm sofa king dumb. I just kept putting all of the e mails IN the trash. I didn't know ya had to DUMP the trash too. Clicked on the trash can and viola, the e-mail, she is back up!

Thanks for all the suggestions. Some of the suggestions sent via PM are anatomically immposible. Especially side ways.

'Bonker - that sounds alot like my amateur auto mechanicing this evening. The driver side window motor in the pickup went out this afternoon, so I got the part and swapped it out this evening. Got everything hooked up and tested it. Nothing. Power locks worked but no windows on either side. After checking fuses and scratching my head, I realized that I had forgotten to put the key in the ignition and give it a turn to get power to the windows. When I got done laughing at myself I finished up the job!

I know this is off the subject but- I think I know what you are talking about when you are saying to "ride in the elevator to see if you recognize anybody" Was over there in Iowa City a couple weeks ago with the missus and got on an elevator at the University of Iowa Hospital and there was a picture of what I assume was doctors and nurses on the wall. I told my wife, "man that guy looks just like someone on Iowawhitetail that I met at a Quality Deer Managment event" She said she doubted it and then I told I knew you were from around the area and I thought you do the helicopter thing. I was going to ask if that was you but didn't want you think I was weirdo. So is it you!?!?!
