Early season rubs

Short and sweet, 4 questions about rubs:

1: I found 4 rubs Saturday along a ridge top. Only one was bigger than a sapling. About forearm size, pretty well shredded. That entire ridge is pretty much a great big staging area. How reliable (when it comes to a bucks travel routes) do you think that rub is?

2: What's the latest you will scout for a rub line and remain confident the buck using it will have gotten over any jitters by the time you hunt?

3: What's the latest you will hunt rub lines before the rut?

4: Has anyone had good luck hunting them in the late season? How would you adjust your stand set up for that (if at all)?

Sorry guys, that's me.

FOUND A FRESH RUB THIS MORNING ALONG A GOOD TRAIL ABOUT 50 YARDS FOR ONE OF OUR STANDS. THAT IS THE FIRST RUB I HAVE FOUND THIS YEAR.

Greg Miller wrote a book a couple of years ago called "Rubline Secrets" that is very in depth in how when why and where to kill a trophy buck, Well worth the money spent
