Well since things were a little slow I figured that I would show some pictures from my dad's and I do it yourself elk hunt. We had a lot of fun even though we didnt kill a bull. Hearing them bugling in the middle of the night 100 yards from your tent is definetly a rush!!

Here is the two of us that were we were just taking a picture. there was a nice four by four muley below us. just over the edge.

WE are about 10 miles in here.
should of been hunting moose, this one is at ten yards. little guy
This one was a little better, at about 20 yards. On one evening hunt I had a bull over 50 inches, come out and chase away a smaller one and grunt adn bellow and absolutely demolish some brush.
Climbed 1400 feet of elevation this afternoon to hunt some dark timber.. long afternoon with tired legs.
well here are some elk
we did get close to some in the dark timber.
Ples lots of mule deer and two more bull moose a cow and a calf and shot some marmots.
Oh yeah and here is a nice muley at 43 yars, I ranged him.
