Tossed an ice cream pail of softener salt in the field edge corner of some field peas on the 1/4 neighboring us last Wed. Checked today and in 3 days the card was full. I got over a dozen diff't bucks there though nothing real big. Chucked another cam 1/2 mile north on some salt on the edge of a diff't peas field that hasn't been combined, obviously lots of deer back on the food.
This buck looks to be maybe a 3 1/2 yr old? or just old???
This guy gives me the impression of past his prime.
Real big bodied mature 4x4....I kind of like him.
