Finally picked up my safe

After 2 years of saving gift cards and cabelas points, I finally had enough cabelas cash to grab a safe. Holds 32 guns if needed, weighs in at 600 lbs. Got it through the door with a 1/2 inch to spare

32 guns is a big case!!! We just had to rearange our gun cases this weekend, we are up to 24 guns and plan on getting a couple more muzzleloaders! Can never have enough!!

Those are great safes for the money. My cousin just wet up and picked up four of them for him and his buddies. He bought a cool oval shaped magnet of a Larry Zach print to cover up the Cabelas logo, added a light with a pressure switch so it comes on when the door opens and a de-humidifier rod. Very sweet set up and great peace of mind when you consider the safe costs less than one quality firearm.

I will have to talk to him for more info but it looked like a "rope light" that he mounted around the inside. He's an electrician by trade so he probably made it up himself. I thought the pressure switch idea was cool, it makes the light come on automatically when he opens the door. I'll talk to him for more details and drop you a P.M. See ya.
