First Euro Mount Finished!

Got this bad boy done took me forever! I'm going to paint it in 2 weeks so it's not completely done. I didn't have any help.

ug, I can almost taste it.... :grin: Instead of painting it, try soaking it in hydrogen peroxide for a couple days, it will make it very white and clean. Might help disinfect it anyways... Cool old buck, nice work!

Looks good! A buddy just got one done, and had the skull dipped in snow camo. Hadn't seen that before and thought it was pretty cool. Maybe an alternative to painting?

I want to keep the natural teeth color it looks cool. The smell is almost out but not quite.

Nice work and cool buck. I have a couple from this past shotgun season out sitting in the grass where I hunt. I'm letting the bugs and critters do the work for me. Last time I checked, it was way lighter and all the skin was loose and about ready to fall off. Hope to check on them this week when I pull my cards.
