My guess is that the way things have changed the last couple of years we won't see it till late! I am thinking the Monday after opening Early Muzzleloader. So what is that Oct 15th? I would take it tomorrow, but I just don't see any early freezes for a few years!

season opens in MO on Sept 15th and I am hoping for cool morning and evenings.
 
well gundog what is your guess?
im gonna go with october 11. no 100 percent guarantee but you know me. it'll be close!
 
If i'd have to guess, i'd say around the 14-16th usually the first week of October is a carry over from september, which is suprisingly hot.. Offcourse in iowa, It could be 60 one day in April and a day later, snow 2-4 inches....lolz
 
December 3 and not a day earlier, ill put a dollar and a cold pepsi on september 21
 
Whenever it is, it will be alot later than it used to be. The heat hangs on and on, did I hear, "global warming"? No just climate change, totally not associated with any human activity, well,,maybe a little.
