I live in Northern Illinois....We had rain throughout the night and on and off today....I didn't think it was too bad until I was on my way home from work and saw several flooded fields....I decided to go out and check my trail camera....sorry no pics....the battery was dead....When I got there I parked on the back end and walked along the field....Thank GOD I did this because halfway up the driveway a creek flooded the path and I was in my car....
This creek bed has never had water in it(that I have seen)....It would be really nice if it stayed that way and always held water....There were some other parts of the timber that had knee deep water....
