We got a few more pics of old flyboy. They're really beginning to hit the scrapes around here, mostly at night though... The first pic is one I posted a couple months ago.

This series shows how deceiving trail cam pics can be in my opinion. The first and last scrape pics aren't nearly as impressive as the second; it's all about the angles I guess, and the fact that his ears are laid back.

Unfortunately, we have quite a few bucks like this one with a down side.

Skully, this is my first year with a digital cam -- with the old 35mm I was pretty spotty with setting out the camera, guess I'm too cheap. Now I'm solidly hooked to using a trail cam, just like so many of you guys. I'll probably learn the lesson this year that others have learned before, it's one thing to get a few pics of a particular deer, but something entirely different to get the deer on the ground. /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif
