P&K & Lime you can put right on top. N - For me, I put down Urea treated with Agritain or Nitrain. Gives you about 2 weeks before a hard rain is needed worst case but I try and plan before a big rain anyways. Or slow release N. Liquid would be your other option unless you had Anhydrous which you're not going to mess with.
