Forgot the camera but...

While checking my duck/to be deer spot today i had a fawn (real small) walk up to my truck and let me pet it,coolest thing ever because this is the middle of about 200 acres and ponds so no tame deer around this place ,i took a buddy to show him the spot and told him there were deer but never expected this to happen ,anyway just a neat thing that happened again without my camera ,im getting a throw away for the truck at all times

Ioway, Be careful with the throw away cameras. I had one with me hunting one day that I kept in my truck. I had a Doe and her albino fawn come to within 15 yards of my stand and I took about 6 shots of them. I took the camera in the next morning only to find out the film was bad because the camera had gotten too hot in my truck. I learned my lesson the hard way.

Anyway, what a neat thing that was to have a fawn walk up to you and let you pet it. Maybe in about 5 or 6 years you'll meet up again when he's wearing about 200" of hardware on his noggin. Then you better have your camera ready!
