Forky survives

Well, forky is still out there. I got this picture on last friday, and I saw him while checking cameras. So, he made it through our entire gun season. He has muzzleloader and a few weeks of bow season to go. I do not have a lot of confidence in getting a crack at him the rest of this year. He isn't a monster, but he is a real nice one, should be really something next year. I have had him in close a couple times but it was to dark every time. I am showing all the pictures I got of him this year. The last is the most recent.

He is a good looking 3 year old if you ask me. From 3 to 4 is supposed to be their biggest jump in growth. Should be a giant next year. Good luck!

Good luck...now find his sheds this Spring!

Gaining a history with an individual buck is most of the fun for me.

Took this picture last December 28th and named the buck "Survivor". Found one side to him last Spring and spent countless hours looking for the match, but came up empty handed on his other side. The rest of the story is still under wraps right now.....

glad to hear your buck made it. Im hoping for a similar outcome on a buck I have hunted for severel years and have many sheds from. It almost keeps me up at night worrying about it
