Extras include the truck charger and rechargeable batteries in the caller itself. The digital hand held reader is really nice, it had a red light so it's VERY easy to see at night or low light. I deleted all the stupid sounds like mountain lion, bear, deer, and turkey off of it. Also downloaded about 25 different distress sounds onto it, straight up dog and cat caller. Questions ask away.
