Frost issues

We're way below freezing each night, have been for a couple weeks. With lots of moisture in the air I'm pretty much totally iced over and blurred out from abut midnight until 10 a.m on my cams, any tips to remedy this?

RainX helps unless moisture is getting inside the camera itself and freezing. I've had both happen but RainX has helped in a lot of different scenarios.

Just the outside of the cam is really frosting over.

I was going to say rainx also, but I don't really think it would prevent the frost from building up.. makes it easier to scrape off windshields though.. only other thing I could think of is facing them to get sun first thing in the morning, but in hindsight that would just give ya pics full of sun

go to your local optometrist and ask for anti-fog spray for glasses and this will also keep the frost off. Its an old indian trick I heard of once... :grin:

Try hanging your cams higher and angling them downward. This will help keep moisture off your lenses
