I'm gunning for the 2nd annual shed buck contest this year.

My bucks are off to a good start. Notice how early the first pic is (date)

Here's a couple pics of the first buck from this fall. Big body, but lacking in the antler department. Amazing how rundown they get this time of year.

Have a few good ones on cam still sporting both sides, so we shall see what season brings. I'll save them for a surprise though :grin:

I saw my first shed buck of the year opening weekend of Gun 1. Wouldn't have known it was a buck if he didn't walk right underneath me. Also went out this evening and saw 2 shed yearlings. Both walked right under me as well and was the same stand. I guess I'll be looking in that area first

This year I may take the trophy myself.... I've got some secrets up my sleeve to win this one. More to come on my secret strategy!
We'll have more prizes, more celebrities and more fame than anyone can imagine this year. Going to be a season to remember. I know folks are excited, we know hopes are high and talking to my buddies in the Wal-mart sporting goods section- folks are ready to BLAZE IT UP! I'm glad there's some much excitement building, more to come!
