Ghile or a Blind.

Well I was just thinking do I need a blind if I buy a ghile suit?? just a thought. I dunno I figured I would see what you guys think.

You'd be better off with a blind if you're bowhunting for turks, movement is the deal breaker. I've heard some increadible stories of hunting deer with a ghillie though.

I am really dying for the ghile, because we hunt public ground, on the ground. I think the ghile is the ticket, and I already have a double bull, but I need another, because my dad and younger brother will need the DB. with them both bow hunting turks this year.

Ghile and a gun ! Bow and a blind for turkeys. Bow and a ghile for deer is a blast on the ground !

I would love to buy a ghile for gun-turkey hunting in the future. I have already had some incredible turkey hunts both spring and fall while gun hunting with my leafy suit. I have had so many deer, coyotes and other critters literally walk right up to and by me while wearing my leafy suit...I can only imagine the ghile would be better.

I agree with the others...if you are toting the bow around, blinds are the ticket.
