I've had a BRUTAL year running cams. Between faulty batteries, bears spinning cameras around, cards full of moving nettles, scads of pictures of rabbits, porcupines, coyotes, etc, I have only located one good buck.
I know there are more out there, I just like to get pictures of them. This buck has been easy to identify as he grew b/c of the forward slant of his tines. He's not big by any stretch but I believe he's only 3.5 and has the possibility to turn into a great deer if he lives 3 or 4 more years. Knock on wood, ..with any luck he'll leave me a shed or two as he grows up.
Like I said, he's not big but he's the best I can show from my last card pull, hopefully a different camera in a different spot on Thursday shows me a big one.
