Great reminder!! Now that I am an old hunter I look back and shudder to think of some of the unsafe things I did as a young hunter. Granted, I was more agile and stronger back in the day, but even so, I did have a couple of real close calls and I did have one significant fall that I was able to walk away from.

Young guys...particularly thick headed, know it all, "it will never happen to me" young guys...PLEASE hear the advice and heed the warnings from us old guys!! Play it safe, buckle up, please use a life line and a good harness and enjoy your hunts this fall!!
